How do I pay for a Nykaa purchase?
Ans. Nykaa offers you several payment options on your purchases. These include: 1. Debit and Credit Cards 2. Net banking (with over 30 banks) 3. Cash on Delivery 4. Reward Points
How safe is it to use your debit/credit card or make an online payment on Nykaa?
Ans. We use the 3D Secure payment gateway for card payments and the PayU payment gateway for netbanking. These are industry-standard secure payment methods so that we can ensure that all your online transactions at Nykaa are processed in an extremely secure environment.
What is the 3D Secure Password?
The 3D Secure password is an additional password that you’ll be asked to enter after entering your card details on the payment page. You’ll be redirected to your individual bank’s page where you'll have to enter the Verified by Visa password for Visa cards or SecureCode password for MasterCard cards. Your card-issuing bank will give this password to you and you should have this password prior to shopping on Nykaa. Note: 3-D secure password has been made mandatory by the Reserve Bank of India to ensure safer online shopping. This will add an additional layer of security and thus, prevent misuse of a lost or stolen card, as the user will be unable to proceed unless they enter the password associated with your card, created by yourself and known only to you.
What does the PayU Payment Gateway do?
The PayU payment gateway is one of the largest consumer payment processors in the world. It is a state-of the-art payment gateway that protects your account details when you shop on Nykaa by encrypting sensitive information like your card number. It is VeriSign Secured and validated by Payment Card Industry compliant Control Code.
What is Cash on Delivery (CoD)?
If you are still uncomfortable making online payments, you can use our Cash on Delivery (CoD) facility. This facility allows you to pay your invoice amount in cash at the time of actual delivery to your doorstep. Note: You can only make CoD payments in Indian Rupees. Currently, we do not accept cash or demand drafts. Due to the limitations of the couriers we use, CoD is not yet available for all pin codes.
How do I avail of the CoD facility?
When you are entering your payment details at the checkout page, you can click on Cash on Delivery as the payment method.
Is CoD available for delivery to all locations in India?
Due to the limitations of the couriers we use, CoD is not yet available for all pin codes in India. During the checkout process, you can use our zip code finder to check if the CoD facility is available for your delivery address.
Would I get charged for availing of the CoD option?
The CoD facility is free for all orders above Rs.1000. For any orders below Rs.1000, there is a flat Rs.50 charge for this service. Note: The CoD facility is only available for all orders over Rs.500.
How can I use Reward Points to pay for my order?
When you have clicked on the “place order” button, you are directed to a page where you can redeem any Reward Points or discount codes. At this page, you will be shown how many Reward Points you have and their valuation. You can use some or all of them to pay for your order. If you do not have enough Reward Points, you can pay the remaining amount using any other form of payment. Note: Refer to our Reward Program Section to learn how to earn Reward Points
How can I use a discount/coupon code on my order?
When you have clicked on the “place order” button, you are directed to a page where you can redeem any Reward Points or discount codes. At this page, you can enter the discount code and the respective discount will be applied to your order. You can then proceed to checkout and pay the remaining amount using any other form of payment. Note: Only one coupon code can be used on a single order.
What are the terms and conditions for using discount/coupon codes?
Nykaa Coupon Code Terms and Conditions: 1. If you do not purchase the qualifying items added to your cart when a coupon code is in effect, the discount will not apply. 2. Coupon codes are limited to one use per customer. 3. Coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion ongoing on Nykaa.com at the time of redeeming. 4. Applicable shipping and handling charges are applicable to all orders. 5. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value will be subtracted from the return credit. 6. How does the delivery process work?
All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your package’s tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company’s website.

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. What is the estimated delivery time?
We dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (i.e. excluding Sundays and public holidays). Though, we keep 90% of our catalogue in our inventory, certain products need to be sourced directly from the brand itself so that we can live up to our promise of providing fresh, non-expired products. These products might delay your order. We are pleased to say, 95% of Nykaa orders are delivered within 5 business days from the date of order. If you are joining us for the Great Nykaa Diwali Sale from October 14-16th, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of order date
My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?
Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping/CoD charge on the first package you receive.
Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?
We have standard shipping charges for most addresses. A flat Rs.50 charge is applied to all orders below Rs.500, while there is free shipping for all orders above Rs.500.
How are items packaged?
We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a waterproof plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. Till date, we have received minimal complaints about damaged products due to our packaging.
Does Nykaa ship outside India?
Unfortunately, Nykaa does not ship outside India at the moment. However, we are working on starting international delivery as soon as possible, so stay tuned!
Does Nykaa have any physical stores?
